Kamane from Lithuania took home the W55 crown as the only competitors in the oldest age category for women. Despite falling short against younger competitors, the Lithuanians put up a good fight against W50 bronze-medalists Ladies Germany in the round robin stage.
Zita Kuzminskiene was named the MVP of the W55 age category. The 60-year-old forward averaged a 5.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and a team-best 5.5 efficiency rating.
