Kamane LT-Augma triumphed in the W50 age category final, holding on 55-47 against Spartak from Saint Petersburg. The Lithuanians had built a comfortable lead in the first half, but Russians fought back to make a game slightly more interesting in the fourth quarter.
Ina Revinskiene had a game-high 24 points for Kamane, also grabbing nine rebounds. Regina Valiuliene scored 12 points, while Tatjana Istomina finished the game with 10.
Marina Sauliene was the MVP of the M50 age category.
Marina Golovinskaja was the leading scorer for Spartak with 17 points. Larisa Finogentova scored 13 points.
Bronze medals went to Ladies Germany, after Estonia decided not to play in the third-place game.
