ESBA Social Event at Hotel Paraíso de Albufeira
One of the highlights of the ESBA Maxibasket Championship 2026 will be the official Social Event, taking place on Tuesday, June 16, at Hotel Paraíso de Albufeira.
More than just a dinner, the Social Event is an opportunity for players, coaches, family members and friends from different countries to come together and celebrate the unique spirit of the ESBA community.
The evening will begin with an outdoor gathering featuring live entertainment, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax after the games and enjoy a memorable night with fellow participants.
Guests will be treated to a delicious buffet dinner, including traditional Portuguese roast pig (“Porco no Espeto”), accompanied by an open bar during dinner.
As the evening progresses, the celebration will continue inside the hotel’s nightclub, where participants can dance, socialize and enjoy one of the most anticipated social moments of the championship week.
The ESBA Social Event is a long-standing tradition of the championship, bringing together participants from different generations, cultures and countries in a unique celebration of basketball, friendship and international camaraderie.
