This prestigious tournament in Mukachevo, which was held for the ninth year running, was attended by 18 teams from Austria, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia and Ukraine. In total, there were 12 male teams and 6 female teams, representing 13 different cities across the participating countries: Vienna (Austria), Riga (Latvia), Vilnius (Lithuania), Hummene, Kosice, Presov (Slovakia), Kyiv, Odessa, Zhitomir, Krivoi Rog, Lutsk, Dohobych and Mukachevo (Ukraine).
The event was held at the initiative of the Mukachevo City Basketball Club Carpathian Bears with the support of the Mukachevo City Council.
