Excerpt from the ESBA MaxiBasket 2027 Regulations
69. Participation fee is set at:
- 900 € for the payments made until January 1, 2027;
- 1000 € for the payments made until March 1, 2027;
- 1200 € for the payments made until May 1, 2027.
The Team Participation Fee includes:
- Organization of the games, including gyms, officiating table, international referees and LIVE statistics;
- Registered medical personnel at each venue during the Championship;
- Publicity and Championship information through the official ESBA website and social media;
- Award ceremonies;
- Gold, silver and bronze medals in every age category (up to 15 pieces per team);
- Champions Cup for the winning team in each category;
- Prize for the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the final game in each category.
70. Individual Fee
In addition to the Team Participation Fee, an Individual Fee of 100 € per member of the delegation will apply.
The Individual Fee includes:
- Access to the local public transport network during the Championship;
- Opening event;
- Social Party;
- Championship welcome kit;
- Water during the games.
NOTICE: The Individual Fee will not be charged to participants whose accommodation is booked through the Local Organizer, Move Sports, as these services will be included in their tailor-made package.
NOTICE: To facilitate the organization of the tournament, we strongly recommend opting for one of our tailor-made tournament packages.
71. Tailor-made packages and additional services.
The Local Organizer, Move Sports, will provide tailor-made packages according to the specific needs of each team or delegation.
Unlike standard accommodation packages, each proposal will be prepared individually and may include, according to the team’s requirements:
- Accommodation;
- Airport transfers and other private transportation;
- Access to the local public transport network;
- Opening event;
- Social Party;
- Championship welcome kit;
- Water during the games;
- Additional activities, excursions and experiences;
- Other travel, tourism and logistical services requested by the team.
The content and price of each tailor-made package will depend on the services selected by the team and shall be agreed directly with the Local Organizer.
NOTICE: Teams and delegations booking their own accommodation will be required to pay the Individual Fee described in the point 70. Airport transfers, private transportation, additional activities and any other services not included in the Individual Fee may be booked separately with the Local Organizer.
NOTICE: Teams are encouraged to contact the Local Organizer as early as possible to discuss their accommodation, transportation and additional service requirements and receive a tailor-made proposal.
72. All other charges and expenses during the tournament have to be covered by own participants.

NOTICE: Please note that participation fee does not include any bank transfer fees.
These may include charges imposed by the sending bank as well as any fees applied by intermediary (correspondent) banks.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to request your bank to apply a flat fee for any third-party charges, if applicable, to ensure that the full invoiced amount is received without any deductions.
