Early from the Saturday morning, the ESBA Promo Championship was all about 3-on-3 basketball, as 13 teams gathered to the Liepaja Olympic Center once more to settle the score in three different categories.
The North-West Amateur Basketball League team triumphed in the ladies competition, after defeating Riga, who claimed second place, 5-2 in the decisive game. Having lost to both top sides, Liepaja finished third.
