The European Seniors Basketball Association will adopt the FIBA LiveStats webcast management system for all future championships. The transition to a new program to live statistics provider will already be implemented this year.
“We are always looking at the future and want to ensure that teams that play in all ESBA tournaments get the best possible service. Live statistics during games is something we really pride ourselves in,” said Inese Mikelsone, the Director of ESBA.
The much-praised BasketHotel interface for championships, however, will remain the same and teams will receive the same detailed, yet convenient lay-out of statistics in the website.
The last ESBA Championship was organized in Turkey, while the upcoming ESBA Championship will be organized in the Croatian resort of Poreč in the summer of 2016.
