The ESBA Conference was held in Liepaja on June 24 during the ESBA Promo Championship and approved the destination of the 1st ESBA Championship and guidelines for the bidding process for the 2nd ESBA Championship, alongside other resolutions.
The city of Antalya, Turkey was selected as the host city of the 1st ESBA Championship. The championship is set to take place on June 13-20, 2015. The participation fee for men and women teams were set at 900 EUR for men teams and 800 EUR for women teams, until February 1, 2015. After this date – 1100 EUR for men teams and 1000 EUR for women teams.
The contest to host the 2nd ESBA Championship will be announced soon. Proposals for the next destination may be offered until April 1, 2015.
The ESBA Conference also approved the membership of Aleksandr Sazonenko as well as two new ESBA Board members in Pawel Gurtowski and Evgeny Abramov.
